best movie...longest book

this was my favorite movie in high school

i watched it at least three times a month

when my favorite teacher let me borrow her well worn and belvoed copy of

Gone with the Wind, I was a little overwhelmed by the large tome

but I got through it!

Even if I had to read three other books along the way...

on saturday night the gals got together to celebrate sweet Diane's

last few weeks of being an un-married lady

i still can't believe we've all been friends for over 20 years

it brings tears to my eyes to think about these girls who i grew up with
they are some of my favorite people in the whole wide world...next to charlie sheen
aside from being friggen hilarious, they are the best friends you could ever ask for

{um...this pretty much made my night}

we're having a ya-ya sisterhood moment here...excuse us

{so raise your glass if you are wrong right}

the lloyds kicked off the weekend with our two favorite kiddos...

we swam, we played baseball in the park

we watched movies, we ate rice crispy treats

i do have to say, these guys are coo-coo for coco puffs
for getting into the pool

that water was pretty darn cold.

We love it when they come to stay with us and can't wait

to hang out with them again super soon!
